A lecture at MadaTech – The story of INS Eilat’s sinking

The lecture will take place on Thursday, 22.10.2015, at 19:00 pm. Gathering will begin at 18:30.
INS “Eilat” was purchased from the British army at 1955. It participated in a number of marine operations and was sunk on October 21st 1967 in front of the northern part of Sinai, after three Egyptian “Styx” missiles were shot at it from Port Said.
